about

Born Andrew Zeki Lutz, Zeki is an RnB singer/songwriter out of Nashville, TN bringing a new sound into the country music capital of the world. A commercial music major at Belmont University, Zeki has vast performing experience. He is originally from Long Valley, NJ. Lutz is also a talented and experienced instrumentalist in the areas of guitar, and piano.

In 2022, Zeki formed the Band Gimmick with a group of fellow Belmont students. The band made a name for itself playing scores of house-shows in the Nashville area. Their growing reputation allowed them to fill venues such as The End, The Vinyl Lounge, and The 404 stage. With Gimmick, he released their lone single It’ll Be Okay, streaming on all major music platforms.

Citing influences such as Bryson Tiller, Sza, Silk Sonic, and George Michael, Zeki brings an emotion to his vocals and lyrics that hit hard. Mixed with the vulnerability he shows in his tracks, these elements come together to form a signature sound that is yet to be heard.

He has recently been performing with Jake Whipple and Velvet Row in Tuscaloosa, AL. He and Jake Whipple are also preparing to release an EP as an RnB duo. Stay tuned to see when Zeki is playing a venue near you!
